Arrabon equips Christian leadership teams with training and resources to build a culture of reconciliation and racial healing in their organization

Our Mission

Leading a culture of reconciliation and racial healing can be overwhelming and confusing. Arrabon’s workshops equip leadership teams to create this culture in their organization so they can actively and creatively pursue racial healing. Arrabon also offers small group resources, including the revised “A People, A Place, and A Just Society” small group Bible study series now available!

Many Christian leadership teams want to see their organization take action towards reconciliation and racial healing, but don’t know how. Leaders often feel ill-equipped to talk about issues of race–they know that these issues are urgent and important, but they don’t want to make things worse. They feel overwhelmed by the weight of racial brokenness and afraid of what will happen if they do–or don’t–respond. We understand the pressure and the pain of leading in a polarizing time around polarizing topics. But we also believe the Church is uniquely equipped for the work of reconciliation and racial healing because our faith is rooted in reconciliation. Arrabon equips Christian leadership teams to build cultures of reconciliation and racial healing in their organizations. We work with organizations of all kinds–churches and Christian businesses and nonprofits. Our organizational transformation journey equips leadership teams in three movements:

  • We teach skills to deal with complicated emotions that arise in conversations of race and class.
  • We provide a biblical vision and foundational tools necessary to build a culture of reconciliation and racial healing.
  • We provide guidance and identify clear avenues put these skills to work.

Arrabon also provides small group resources that provide a biblical vision for God’s heart for reconciliation, peacemaking, and justice.
